Pensacola Maritime Society
A web site dedicated to the Maritime History of Pensacola, Florida, the first European settlement in what became the United States, settled in 1559 by the Spanish explorer Tristan De Luna. It is one of America's first seaports and the Port of Pensacola is still an operating deep water modern seaport today.
