Saffron Store is an online saffron shop. We sell the best quality Persian saffron, imported directly from the south region of Mash-had in Iran. We import only the top quality “Sargol” Grade Persian Saffron, sometimes called “all-red” Saffron. “All-red” refers to colour of the individual saffron threads in Sargol grade Saffron. Only the topmost part of the crocus stigma is deep red in colour. In Sargol saffron the red sections are cut and separated from the base of the stigma prior to drying.
