Our Company Checkout Group is structured with Checkout (PTY) Ltd being the Holding Company with its Chairman and Board of Directors. The Holding Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, viz. Check-one Supermarket and Hypercheck (Pty) Ltd. Both the Companies use the common trading name Checkout. Hypercheck also uses the trading name Hypercheck and Maxi-Market and Cosmex.
