The aim of Cold Call Helpline is to help prevent acts of fraud being committed against our members as a result of cold calling. We will provide our members with the means to divert all unwanted and unsolicited nuisance calls to our vetting team. Our team will check the validity and the credentials of the cold calling organisation. These organisations will be reported to the relevant authorities including the TPS and the Police as necessary.
