The Pittsburgh Battalion is comprised of everyday young people (10 -17) who have an interest in seamanship, the military, seagoing career, patriotism and/or leadership. The Pittsburgh Battalion represents Western Pennsylvania. The unit meets a minimum of one weekend a month (8am - 4pm). Cadets also have access to a wide variety of summer training such as scuba, culinary, marksmanship and leadership (just to name a few)
