In my life as a Business Development Consultant (and Internal Marketing specialist), I often hear the same things from clients and potential clients. "This is how we've always done it". "I'm too busy/too poor/too freaked out by change". "This is what the industry is like". "This is what our clients expect, and want". "It's too expensive". Hmmm.
