South African artist living in Munich. My work brings together my big loves fine art, surface pattern design and illustration. In order to partake successfully in the interconnectedness of the world, one must first become a fully functional part of the whole. This is how I approach my art. First the piece has to draw the viewer in by itself, then create awareness that it forms part of a larger collaboration. I am inspired by my surroundings. By who I meet, what I see, feel and hear.
