My name is Paul Scharff and I am the co-author of Murder In McHenry. In 1982 Frank Cullotta, mobster turned government witness told McHenry County Sheriff that Larry Neumann killed my father in 1981. The case went cold for 27 years until I discovered Frank's book CULLOTTA. On page 130 I read about my fathers unsolved murder.
