Health Care Central Georgia, Inc. d/b/a Community Health Works and the Central Georgia Cancer Coalition is dedicated to improve the health of the residents of the communities that we serve. The organization works on wellness and prevention initiatives including childhood obesity initiatives, food access programs, screening, and prevention programs. The organization is also involved in chronic disease management as well as improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.
