Hi Energy Martial Arts Academy
The High Energy Martial Arts Academy offers martial arts classes to both kids and adults in Northumberland.Our kids martial arts classes have been designed in the USA with the assistance of Child psychologists. We do not simply teach repetitive kicking and punching routines, we teach physical development and life skills. The physical side of our classes teaches balance, agility, flexibiity and coordination. We are looking to enhance both major and minor motor skills in our younger members.
