Shady Hollow
Shady Hollow is Sponsored by the Nikki Lee Atwell Foundation. It is a non-profit organization to assist in the Arts, Music and Humanities in ways of donations, grants, and any type of assistance. This past year they have added to their mission a scholarship in the Culinary Arts in honor of Tom Tomlinson, the chef of Don Quixote's who passed away 11/11 in a house fire. The Nikkie Lee Atwell honors Nikki who passed away 10/02.
