Surreal, biological, anatomical acrylic paintings, and figurative charcoal drawings. Older work consists of ceramics and wood/plaster sculptures. My paintings are often compared to Salvador Dali or Ernst Haeckel who studied radiolarians. Those in the medical (nurses/doctors) and science/biology fields are attracted to my art. I try to bring out the hidden elements of nature which are often microscopic or beneath the surface. My paintings and drawings are also described as psychedelic or trippy.
