PenangCares
PenangCares was created to foster a caring community in Penang by encouraging volunteerism in 2002. The website is subsequently revamped in 2010 in hope of serving the community better. We in SERI realised that lack of a regular supply of volunteers to the Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) as well as the lack of one-stop platform for the potential volunteers/volunteer groups to search for volunteering opportunities in Penang.
