The Jazz Town series of photographs are part of a decades long jazz photography project taken by Lonnie Timmons III. All of the photographs were created during concerts at Nighttown located in Cleveland Heights. Nighttown, which regularly features some of the best jazz musicians in the country, is one of Down Beat magazine's 100 best jazz clubs in the world.
