I'm using this blog to talk about my experiences living in Asia and especially about my recent discovery in relation to making a lifestyle change and how that differs from going on the average diet. Why? Because I've gone on a number of diets over the years and only ended up at a higher weight later on. I'm using this to list out what tips I've learned to help me so that others can be helped.
