Experienced Integrative Counsellor. Experienced in the Person Centred Approach (PCA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I am a member of the BACP,BABCP, FDAP and AAMET. My areas of experience are addictions (alcohol, cocaine cannabis and tobacco), truama therapy (PTSD and ASD), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, obsessive compusive disorder (OCD)and phobias and weightloss. I also offer spiritual counselling and Reiki Healing.
