Artist website. Samantha Leiva is an artist based in Berlin, Germany and Mexico City. She works in both places embracing the contrasts of the western civilization and a third world country. Her multidisciplinary work goes from painting in large scale to site specific work in nature and open spaces, installation, photography and video art. The observing of nature and urban landscapes but mostly the interaction with people who live in marginalized areas are a big influence in her work and life.
