The PEM Memorial Scholarship
The PEM Memorial Scholarship Fund awards three scholarships each year to deserving Finneytown High School Seniors, with a focus on Arts & Music degree-seekers. The fund memorializes and pays tribute to the three Finneytown High School students who tragically lost their lives in 1979, at the Cincinnati Who Concert Tragedy.
