Hardy Girls Healthy Women (HGHW) is a non-profit org dedicated to the health and well being of girls and women. We provide research-based programs to girls and the adults who work with them. Our programs include Adventure Girls for grades 2-6, Girls Groups for grades 3-8, our Powered By Girl media activism website for girls 14+, and our Girls Advisory Board for grades 9-12 which helps direct our programming. Our Training Institute holds workshops and webinars for adults working with girls.
