You’ve just decided to taste tradition. At Creekside Barbecue, we do things the old-fashioned way. Our barbecue is slow cooked with hickory wood, the same way my great-great-grandfather used to do it. He loved to invite the whole town over for a big, country picnic with his hand-chopped, homemade barbecue at the center of the meal. And that’s just the way we’re doing things today.
