New Jersey Boating Certificate
Our course is is taught by Wayne Carbone, a NJ Boating Safety Instructor, and a 25 year veteran of the New Jersey State Police. Spending years in the Marine Services Bureau. He is also a U.S.C.G Master Captain, 200/500 Ton I.T.C., and a Commercial Helicopter Pilot. The course is a total of 8 hours. Broken into 2, four hour sessions.
