Life Lending loans funds to pay premiums on insurance policies. Our Life lending program is designed to eliminate the premium payments on life insurance policies and allow the borrower to use those funds for travel, rent, medical bills or any other expense the senior desires. The borrower never has to pay back the loan. Life lending will be paid on maturity of the insurance policy and the remaining balance of the policy will be paid back to the estate by the insurance provider.
