In 2004 we developed a hot sauce recipe as an alternative to the sauces that featured only heat, and no real taste. Cayenne Pepper tastes good, but not as a stand alone flavor. Our Chef composed some flavor profiles and through trial and error, FireHall Hot Sauce was born. 3 Levels of heat gave anyone who loved our hot sauce their own level of heat to compliment the flavor.
