First Baptist Church of Highland, located about 20 miles East of St. Louis, is an American Baptist affiliated church whose purpose is to reach out to all those in the local community, as well as nationally and internationally via missions and missionaries which they support, to spread the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who need to hear; to bring all those they reach into a close personal relationship with Him; and to encourage others to use their talents and gifts in His service.
