Friends of Holtville Library was organized in May of 1980 under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service. The main purpose of the Friends of Holtville Library is to help the Holtville (Meyer Memorial) Library with funds and materials in order to increase the Library's educational assistance value.
