Rub Depot is a company founded by Gary and Susan Callicoat. Each rub and sauce is Gary's original unique recipe. Gary started off cooking in competition with the Kansas City BBQ Society and later became a certified BBQ judge. After trial and error, his recipes began to take shape and the results were tremendous! He won first place in pork butt and brisket with perfect scores in both categories.
