Dinas Powys Voluntary Concern (DPVC) provides a service to individuals, groups and to the many voluntary organisations operating in the village. In particular it aims to help, support and improve the quality of life of the elderly and people who have a mobility issue. DPVC assists individual when they experience unforeseen difficulties by visiting them and finding appropriate sources of help.
