BHCA Home Beddington Heights Community Association is a resident's association in place to facilitate a community-city partnership. It is the avenue for the residents to have a collective voice. The BHCA operates a Before and After School Program (BASP) that has been in operation since 1986. It offers affordable childcare to Beddington Heights and surrounding communities through the school year, and summer camp between school years.
