Special Needs Trust Network
The Special Needs Trust Network (SNTN) is a 501c3 corporation. We provide a pooled supplemental needs Master Trust for people with disabilities who need to protect funds while continuing to receive public benefits such as SSDI, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid. Funds may come from a Social Security back payment, sale of a home, inheritance, personal injury settlement, or similar windfall or award. Funds placed in a qualified special needs trust are not considered a countable asset for benefit purposes.
