I am a social worker with a psychotherapy private practice. I have had over forty years helping people to improve their lives, and heal their life wounds. My specialities are: recovery from all forms of addiction and early childhood trauma, along with many other presenting issues. I have also created a self help course called Getting Strong, which teaches anyone how to improve their lives in the privacy of their own homes via the internet, or printed workbook.
