Vigan Kite Center is a Kiteboarding/ Kitesurfing school and center on Puro Island in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. We teach kiteboarding in perfect wind and water conditions. The lessons are progressive and they move as fast as the student's ability to learn and do. There is offshore wind for level 3 riders and onshore wind for those who want to build confidence. Our school uses Ozone Kites and we are also an Ozone distributor.
