Uniting for Peace is working since 1979, it is a non-profit organisation devoted to creating and promoting a global culture of peace, nonviolence and poverty reduction. It is a merger of two former organisations, Action for UN Renewal and World Disarmament Campaign. One of our Founders, Philip Noel Baker is a recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1959.
