Sara Southgate
I am a naturopath and herbalist, with a decade's experience of working with natural remedies. I was inspired to train in naturopathy and herbalism due to my own ill-health: I had chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) for six years, drew a blank with my doctor and in desperation turned to natural remedies. I experienced their power first-hand. I am truly grateful for the CFS/ ME. Without it I would not have found my true passion in life; natural medicine.
