Friends of Tryon Creek
The mission of the Friends of Tryon Creek is to share our passion for the preservation and conservation of nature with the goal of instilling that value in all who we encounter. This will be accomplished through: Education programs and events that highlight knowledge of local ecology, sense of place, and aesthetics of nature. Preservation and restoration activities that preserve the natural cycle of the forest and protect Tryon creek and it watershed to allow the salmon to return.
