Julie Stannard
I have been teaching yoga since 2005 and currently hold classes in Crowbourough and East Hoathly in Sussex. I am inspired by the Scaravelli tradition and mindfulness practices to help us live our lives with greater ease, kindness and awareness towards ourselves and others.
