Dry Bone BBQ was created by Clarence Prior Sr. in the year 1960s. His love of smoking meats was passed down to his son and grandson. Staying true to the fundamentals of “Dry Bone”, as he was familiarly called, his grandson and wife, Clarence III and Rita, started Dry Bone BBQ in 2007 to raise money for various charities and causes in Georgia.
