History of the Johnson Farm Named Sussex County Farm Bureau 2007 “Farm Family of the Year,” the Henry C. Johnson family has a farming heritage that extends across seven generations. In the mid-1800s, Henry C. Johnson Jr.’s great-great grandfather, whose name he bears, began farming in the Selbyville area on 40 acres.
