Irving A. Lugo, M.D. is a board certified psychiatrist. He trained at the University Of Puerto Rico School Of Medicine, and the Veterans Administration Hospital. Since 2002, he has been the medical director of the adult inpatient unit, and the intensive outpatient chemical dependency program at the Moses Cone Behavioral Health Center in Greensboro.
