This is a blog that is meant as a source of support, information, and a bit of humor that comes from a skin picker. This is sometimes thought of as a compulsive disorder that many people suffer from. Most hide the desire to pick at their skin, and I am out to change that. Having lived the life of a skin picker and now in recovery, I offer a unique perspective into why I developed this affliction, my life and struggles because of it, and my road to minimizing the effects.
