Requirements

• Register a minimum of 20 sites
• Provide all sales and support for clients
• Actively market service by prominently displaying Attracta logo and link, listing Attracta service as a feature on the VAR's website.
• Configure all client robots.txt files with the Attracta.com URL
• Provision new sites in VAR's Attracta.com dashboard
• Install the Attracta.com badge on as many client sites as possible

Term and Termination

The Partnership Agreement will remain in effect unless cancelled by either party, and may be cancelled by either party without cause with a thirty-day written notice.

Marketing

Attracta and the VAR agree that both parties may use each others brands, logos and trademarks in their marketing efforts as long as the Agreement is active.
